This mailing list is managed under the Indonesian Students Association in Hiroshima Perfecture. Everyone is welcome to send any email to our mailing list. However, due to the special characteristic of our organization, being the member of mailing list are constrained and all of the member have to obey the rules below. Last, we would like to thank to Egroups Free Mailing List Service for the supports and maintainance.

THE NEW RULE OF MAILING LIST (1998)
This mailing list is managed under Indonesian Students Association in Hiroshima Prefecture (PPI Hiroshima). Later on will be called "the committee".
Purposes :
Facilitating communications and stimulating friendship and togetherness among members.
As a medium for the Committee to place announcement (s) to members.
In relation with the above 2 points , to reduce the burden of the committee as well as to realize an open and efficient management of PPI.
Maintainer :
The maintainer is appointed by the committee.
The maintainer does not bear the responsibility for the content of the mailing list.
The maintainer is forbidden to perform any censorship act.
Membership :
The application must be sent to the maintainers.
No fee is needed.
The qualification of the member is the present members and/or the alumni of PPI Komisariat Hiroshima.
No restriction for the content of the mailing list. However, it is highly recommended to avoid using vulgar language and posting controversial issues that may bring about hostile debate.
Members can complain over the content of the mailing list to the committee. The committee will discuss the matter before deciding whether to agree or not with the complainant.
The committee has the rights to issue a serious warning(s) to any member who has been considered creating chaos in the mailing list.

This mailing list is managed under Indonesian Students Association in Hiroshima Perfecture (PPI Hiroshima).

Facilitating the communications among the members and the alumnis of PPI Komisariat Hiroshima as well.
As a tool to announce any information from the Committee of PPI Komisariat Hiroshima to its members.
Related with above, in order to reduce the burden of some committee members as well as realize an open and eficient management of PPI.
Maintainer :
PPI Komisariat Hiroshima and the maintainer is appointed by the committe of PPI Hiroshima.
The maintainer does not bear the responsibility for the content of the mailing list.
