Due to the requests for an extension of the abstract submission deadline, the Committee agreed to extend the deadline for abstract submission. We would like to inform you that the 1st Scientific Conference on Policy Engineering Arts Culture and Education (SCOPEACE) has been extended from April 15 to May 15, 2018.
